Privacy compliance for every business
We believe every business deserves enterprise-grade privacy compliance at a price that makes sense. That’s why we built Dxtra — the platform that replaces $5,000 consultants and complex enterprise tools with AI-powered compliance from $10/month.
Why I started Dxtra

Daryl Arnold, President & Co-founder
I’ve spent more than two decades building digital businesses across marketing, entertainment, healthcare, smart homes, and open data. In every one of those fields, I’ve seen the same thing: data and AI have enormous potential to improve how we live and work.
But that potential depends on trust.
If people don’t believe their data will be handled responsibly — and if businesses lack credible ways to show that privacy comes first — trust breaks down. And when trust breaks down, the value of data-driven innovation is harder to realise.
That’s the paradox: the more powerful the technology, the more trust it demands.
Regulation is not the enemy. Done well, it creates clarity, sets expectations, and supports the kind of compliance that enables innovation rather than holding it back. The real problem is that most privacy tools have been built for large enterprises with legal teams and six-figure budgets, not for the small businesses that make up most of the economy.
That’s why Dxtra exists: to make privacy compliance accessible, practical, and affordable for every business. Because when businesses can meet their obligations more easily, they are in a much better position to earn trust — and when trust grows, everyone benefits.
The problem
Businesses in all industries struggle to comply with modern privacy and data protection regulations. That includes the 30-person e-commerce company selling globally, the accounting firm managing client records, the SaaS startup processing user data, and the local business using Mailchimp and Google Analytics.
The compliance industry has historically served enterprises. Privacy consultants charge $5,000–$20,000+ for an initial assessment. Enterprise compliance platforms cost $500–$10,000 per month. Existing SaaS solutions are either too narrow in focus, such as cookie consent management, or overly complex and expensive.
Companies that fail to comply risk hefty fines, operational disruption, and reputational damage — while their customers face increased vulnerability and erosion of trust. The options are broken.
Our approach
Every business needs privacy compliance, but until now it cost thousands and took months. Dxtra uses AI to give any business a complete privacy program — from assessments, notices and consent to processor management, processing records, and a public Transparency Center — in hours, not months, from $10/month.
We’re privacy compliance for small business, the way QuickBooks is accounting for small business. Designed from the ground up for the businesses that use Stripe, Shopify, Mailchimp, and Xero — businesses that expect self-serve onboarding, transparent pricing, and immediate value.
Our pricing reflects this: from $10/month. That’s less than most businesses spend on their email marketing tool.
What we believe
Accessibility
Privacy compliance is a necessity for every business, not a luxury reserved for enterprises with legal teams. We build for the businesses that need it most.
Trust Through Transparency
We practice what we preach. Our own Transparency Center is public. We believe the best way to earn trust is to show your work.
AI With Purpose
We use AI not as a gimmick but as a force multiplier. Our AI engine understands privacy law — it generates real, usable privacy programs.
Global From Day One
Privacy and data protection regulations span every major market. We built Dxtra to cover every jurisdiction, so businesses can comply wherever they operate.
Simplicity
Privacy and data protection are complex. Our product shouldn’t be. Every feature is designed so any business owner — not just lawyers — can use it confidently.
